Do you want to create a relaxing spa experience in your own backyard – without spending a lot of money? The Bestway Hawaii Spa can provide a soothing and romantic retreat at home. Plus, you can set it up in under an hour.
Why This Spa May Be the Ideal Size…
As you can see, this spacious inflatable hot tub can comfortably fit 4 adults. At the same time, it is not so big that it takes over a patio or costs a lot of money to heat.
In addition, the square shape enables you to fit it snugly against a wall or into a corner. Therefore, you can save money on heating costs with an extra level of insulation. And, if you have a small patio, this spa can help you conserve valuable space.
How Sturdy is the Hawaii Inflatable Spa?
If you have never owned an inflatable outdoor spa before, you may have concerns about the strength of the outer walls. In fact, many people are quite surprised to find that they can actually sit on the outer walls without them flopping to the side. (See photo above.)
The inflated walls of the Bestway Hawaii are constructed of heavy-duty tri-tech material. Therefore, you get an ultra durable spa shell with the cushioning comfort of an inflatable. (Even the bottom of the spa has padding!)
How to Set Up the Bestway Hawaii Inflatable Spa:
The Hawaii Spa has another great feature. You can set it up fast, and you don’t even need any tools. (Inflation literally takes about 5 minutes!)
Actually, the step that takes the most time is waiting for the water to heat up (approximately 2-3 degrees per hour).
You basically unpack the box, inflate the spa and attach the filtration pump system. Then, you simply fill the tub with water using a garden hose.
You don’t even need 2 people to install this hot tub. I love this often overlooked feature. One person can set up the spa and surprise the other!
Furthermore, people put their spas on decks, patios or even on a lawn. In other words, you have lots more flexibility as to where you “install” your hot tub compared to other types of spas.
Note: Just make sure the the underlying surface can evenly support the weight of the hot tub (1938 lbs with water). Plus, you want to install the spa on a flat, level area. You can download the instruction manual here.
Plus, you have the option to move the unit from one spot to another if you want (without water in it, of course). For example, if you want to use your tub in one location during the summer months and in a more protected area during winter, you can!
The video below shows you step-by-step how to inflate and assemble the Hawaii inflatable spa.
How to Clean Your Inflatable Hot Tub:
You may notice residue buildup over time from spa chemicals and regular use of people getting in and out of the tub.
When you empty the tub, the manufacturer recommends using soap and rinsing with water to clean the walls and base of the spa. Do not use abrasive cleaners or hard brushes.
If you plan to deflate and store your spa during winter months, make sure that you completely dry the tub and pump prior to storage.
In addition, you want to keep them in a warm dry place to extend the life of the spa. Exposure to subzero temperatures can cause the plastic to become brittle.
Benefits of an Inflatable Spa with Air Jets:
I really like inflatable hot tubs because you can pamper yourself with a private spa experience.
Plus, you can do it without the installation and cost hassles that come with a traditional hot tub.
For example, you can wind down at the end of every workday with a glass of wine and some relaxing music. Or, you can easily entertain friends on the weekend.
Alternatively, if you do high impact sports, a home spa can provide a great way to relax muscles and ease tension. Personally, I find that the hot water and jets help with sports recovery, not to mention sleep. =)
The Hawaii Spa has an integrated jet massage system that includes 114 air jets. These combine both heat and massage that feel great on sore muscles or even an achy back.
All controls are located on top of the heater/pump that sits right beside the spa. Therefore, you can conveniently control the temperature, jets and timer without having to exit the tub.
Note: Do you sit all day at a desk or have a stressful job? I’ve found that massage jets together with hot water have some magical way at relieving stress.

Can I Use the Bestway Hawaii Spa Indoors?
You can use this inflatable hot tub indoors as well as outside. However, the manufacturer states that humidity is a natural side effect with SaluSpa installation. Therefore, you want to determine the effects of moisture on exposed wood and other indoor materials and provide plenty of ventilation.
